SITTING ON THE FLOOR EXERCISES 04
Instructions:
Sit on the floor with your legs extended.
Put the loop around your foot on the ball of your foot.
Pull the strap to stretch your calf muscle. Make sure to:
- Keep your back straight.
- Keep your elbows tucked and close to your body.
- Gently push your toes away from your body.
- Gently push your heel into the floor.
- Try to make the stretch a little deeper every.
Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.
Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.
Repeat for your other leg.
You can also do this stretch for both legs at the same time.
