Instructions:
While seated on a chair, put a foot in a loop.
Bring the strap around your shoulder and around your back.
Hold the strap with your opposite hand.
Gently pull the strap and lift your leg up.
Every breathe out, pull the strap a little harder and try to lift your leg a little higher.
Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds
- For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest in between repetitions.
Repeat for your left leg.
