Instructions:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Place your foot through a loop.
Pull the strap over the same shoulder.
- Hold the strap close to your chest so the tension is on your shoulder and not on your arms.
Gently pull the strap further over your shoulder to deepen the stretch and maintain balance.
Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.
For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest in between repetitions.
Pull the strap over your other shoulder to change the angle of the stretch.
