Instructions:

Put both loops around your feet

 

Bring your legs out

 

Lift the chest

 

Make it easier by bending your knees a little bit

 

Hold for 30-60 seconds and repeat 1-3 times

 
Challenge:

Tip forward from the hips and pull your upper body forward
