SITTING ON THE FLOOR EXERCISES 03

Instructions:

Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.

 

Put the loop around your right foot under the ball of your foot.

 

Bring the strap around your right shoulder and around your back.

 

Hold the strap with your left hand.

 

Lift your leg up.

 

Use your right hand to pull the strap to make the stretch deeper every time you breathe out.

 

Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.

 

For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest.

 

Repeat for your left leg.

 
Variation:

Rotate your leg outwards.
