SITTING ON THE FLOOR EXERCISES 01
Instructions:
Sit on the floor with your legs crossed.
Hold the strap above your head.
- Wider than shoulder width.
- Arms extended.
- Keep tension on the strap at all times.
While keeping your back straight, bend your torso to one side.
- Try to make the stretch a little deeper every breath out.
- Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.
For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest in between repetitions.
Extend your leg to the side that you’re bending into to also stretch your hamstrings in this pose.
