Instructions:

Put the strap around both feet to the bottom of your feet together.

 

Push your knees out.

 

Pull your feet towards your chest.

 

Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.

 

For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest in between repetitions.
