STANDING EXERCISES 20
Instructions:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Hold the strap in 2 loops in front of your shoulder width apart palms facing outwards.
Sink in your knees and brace your ABS strong.
Push your arms forward, chin in and roll into a rounded back.
Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.
For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest in between repetitions.
