Instructions:
Put one loop around both feet to the bottom of your feet together
Lay down
Push your knees out
Pull your feet towards your chest
Hold for 30-60 seconds and repeat 1-3 times
Intensify the stretch by gripping the sling closer to your feet instead of using the handle.
