Instructions:

Put one loop around your foot

 

Lift your knee

 

Extend and lift your leg to the side

 

Balance or hold onto something to stabilize

 

Open the hip, open the chest, brace your core

 

Hold for 30-60 seconds and repeat 1-3 times
