LYING ON THE FLOOR EXERCISES 08
Instructions:
Lying flat on your back, put your foot through the loops in the middle.
Grab loops on the strap with both hands.
While keeping your back flat on the floor, gently pull your legs up.
- Brace yourself ABS by pulling your belly button in.
Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.
For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest in between repetitions.
