Instructions:
Stand with your feet should width apart with the strap under your feet (loops facing outwards).
Grab loops of the strap at both sides as close as possible to your feet.
Keep a long straight back.
Keep your chin in and lift your upper back.
Lift your tailbone and lock in your knees.
Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.
For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest in between repetitions.
